Yashwant Sahakari Glucose Karkhana Limited, Siddheshwarnagar is located in Shirala District Sangli, Paschim (Western) Maharashtra. One of the unique organisation in India, which is processing and manufacturing Liquid Glucose, Various Types of Starches, Dextrin, Gluten, Germ and Cattle Feed. Yashwant Dugdh Prakriya Limited is a public limited Company registered under the Indian Company Act. 1956 and started its operations in the year 2001 also awarded with the internationally accepted ISO 9000:2001 certification.
The location of Yashwant Sahakari Glucose Karkhana Limited is known as industrial developed D+ zone in Maharashtra State. The area is situated in rich and fertile basins of Krishna, Warana and Morna rivers having a high potential for maize production. Maize is a traditional crop for the farmers in this region. Good availability of water with the supplement of irrigation facilities and also favorable climate conditions makes this region highly supportive for maize production.
Founder, Director Mr. Shivajirao Yashwantrao Naik (M.L.A.) realized the potential of the maize availability in this region. He decided to start this plant to support all the farmers in the close by region and improve their economic, social and educational level. His idea was soon reciprocated with the overwhelming response from all farmers in the region. More than 8000 farmers and 100 small co-operative societies have been registered themselves as producer members in this venture. With the considerable support from Government of Maharashtra and National Co-operative Development Board, New Delhi Yashwant Sahakari Glucose Sahakari Glucose Karkhana Limited started it's 25 Crore manufacturing plant in Sidhdheshwarnagar from the year 2001.
From the year 2001 Yashwant Sahakari Glucose Karkhana Limited Sahakari Glucose Karkhana Limited running successfully under the experienced guidance of the Chairman Mr. Randhir Shivajirao Naik and built its strong presence in Liquid Glucose and Starch sector. Within the short span of four years brand "Yashwant" earned great respect and reputation in the market because of its product quality, availability, and performance.
